Located on the beach, this 1,400-square-foot vacation home boasts high-speed Internet, a private balcony, and access to a pool.
A parking space is available if you need it. For your sleeping pleasure, there are two double beds in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a double bed in the third bedroom.
Enjoy your vacation to the fullest by renting kayaks, picnicking on the beach, and joining your group for some fishing.

My four sisters and I spend time together every year at one of the Las Brisas Condos. We return every year to the clean, spaces and attractive condos. Very nice ocean view and close to the water.

Recently,remodelled, free wifi and parking. Amazing beachfront view and large open balcony. Sliding glass door to balcony from livingroom is old and breaking apart needs replacing. It's also very heavy and difficult to open. Kudos to Flipkey for jumping on the repair as soon as I notified them about the door frame coming apart. Give it 4.5 stars. A new door would make this 5 stars

We wanted to spend time with our grown children-no spouses or grandchildren. We are getting older (70) and wanted to have some private time with them. The facilities were wonderful and very clean. We will go again next year.

I live twenty minutes from the beach and needed to find a place for my six cousins from Sweden to stay for two weeks. I found a perfect location at Las Brisas on Madiera beach. The condo was priced very reasonably and was clean and large enough to accommodate the whole group without them feeling crowded. The gulf of Mexico was their back yard and they could walk to the library, grocery, pharmacy, shopping and many restaurants within ten minutes. The atmosphere was quiet and had a family orientation. The condo had a full kitchen and washer and dryer which made it feel like home for breakfast and sunsets on the balcony. Since I live in Tampa it was very easy for me to visit each day and to take them to Busch gardens and dinner in the Cuban section of Tampa. We also went to a Tampa lightning hockey game. My cousins were never bored and found their stay to be fun, relaxing and easy. I found that dealing with the rental agent was very easy and they were very accommodating.
The only regret that we had was that we ran out of time before we got to go deep sea fishing which by the way, was across the street from the condo.

Clean,well supplied,wonderful view,see Dolphins cruise by from your balcony. Close to Johns Pass,good reasonable restaurants all around,lots to see snd do - North - South - East - gorgeous sunsets - spring training,and be sure to ride down to DeSoto park and beach. I will return.
Entrance door needs sprucing up.
