Description from the manager
This two-bedroom home is the largest poolside rental at the Surf Song Resort. Located on the ground floor, the unit can accommodate up to six travelers.
There's a king bed in the master bedroom, and a queen and double bed in the second master bedroom. Two bathrooms are provided for your convenience. Please note that there's no balcony or ocean view.
Deep-sea fishing, miniature golf, and biking are just a few of the area's fun activities.

Just returned from a wonderful stay the Surf Song Resort. The condo we stayed in was spacious and super comfortable. The weather during our stay was a little chilly at times but the resort had a warm heated pool that made our vacation wonderful. Thank you Surf Song!! Also we love the outdoor grill area,shuffle board and the beach there is amazing.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Everyone on staff is wonderful. You never have to get in your car if you don't want to. There are shops and restaurants directly across the street at Johns Pass. We have stayed at the Surf Song and Crimson for the last 20 + years with our children and now we bring our Grand baby. We introduced my Siblings to the Surf Song and now they come and bring their children and grands! Best place to take a vacation ever. Love it!!!

Unit #115 was lovely. Excellent furnishings and very well kept. It was great that each bedroom had its own full bath and two queen size beds in one bedroom and king in the other. The pool was great and the beach just steps away. Located within close walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Staff efficient and very pleasant. We will definitely return to Surf Song and condo #115.

I have been going to Surf Song for the past 5 years. Just when I think that I have had the best vacation- the next year is even better. The staff is always helpful. The pool is a favorite! I am very pleased with this resort.

My family and I have rented this unit 3 times, as well as several other units at Surf Song over the last 12 years. This unit is beautiful, always clean and very spacious, even when sharing with 3 teenage boys. We never tire of strolling across the road to Johns Pass or spending an evening at the dog races. With the grocery store a short drive away and the bbq's on site, along with the amazing beach and fantastic sunsets, Surf Song is always at the top of our list when looking for a Florida holiday and will continue to be for years to come. I can't imagine getting better value for your money anywhere else.

Absolutley the best!!! The Condo is just like being at home and more! The condo was fantastic with all the extras I will always try and book this condo if it is available!! The decor is gorgeous and the upgrades are amazing, it was so comfortable for all 6 of us!!

We spent a week at Surg Song, staying in Unit #115. The unit has been completely upgraded and the furniture, decor and ammenities are wonderful. Although there is no view from the unit, it is very convenient to the parking lot and only a few feet from the pool and patio. In spite of the location we found it very quiet.
Surf Song is a wonderful vacation spot. Both staff and guests were extremely friendly. The beach is delightful, pool is great and of course John's Pass is a great way to fill the times when one must get away from the beach (although that is hard to do).

The management is outstanding: The managers, Larry and Tim; the people at check-in, the switchboard staff, Tracy and the housekeeping ladies, Steve and the maintenance staff all were very kind and saw to our every need. Also, the nice people who come here make for a great vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Surf Song this year. We really appreciated the much needed updates in our condo.
The kitchen is much easier to work in, the cupboards are well-stocked. We had dishes that matched. The dish washer is much easier to use since it has been relocated. The new stove was wonderful.
I know they were in transition & the place was not completed yet. It would have been nice to have a TV in each bedroom and some area rugs, because the floor is very cold.
The slip covers were constantly slipping. I loved the new shutters and the choice of colors on the walls. It is a large unit the our girls appreciated the new mattresses in the room with the 2 double beds.
Our location is perfect. We are close to the pool and the laundry facilities.
The weather was almost perfect this year. We look forward to many more years staying at Surf Song. -

As it happens, we rented #115 but it was a gift for one of our daughters and her kids. Long time guests in #225, we have come to love Surf Song as our winter oasis and this particular year, wanted to share it with her and her three children.
Not surprisingly, our daughter and her three children instantly felt at home, thanks to the friendly nature of our hosts, the Tollivers. The condo was clean and inviting, the patio equally so, and the beautiful beach uncluttered and uncrowded.
To say it was a vacation of a lifetime would be an understatement. The surrouindings, the congenial hosts, the instant access to the shops and restaurants of John's Pass made for a memorable week.
To Tim, Tracy and Larry, thanks so much. You continue to offer one of the nicest packages on the sun coast and we'll look forward to the 2009 visit. -

an excellent place to stay much better than the pictures suggest, we were so close to the beach we could see the dolphins from the deck chairs, the accomodation was a much higher standard than expected we did use the washing and drying facilities which were only 75 cents (its needed to wash the towels every day as they never got changed)I would definately recommend this condo its clean comfortable and the location is brilliant .
