Large spacious sunny bedroom/loft available off Willy St. (Williamson St.) in Madison, WI.
Retreat to this quiet, private upstairs loft after long business meetings or a day of shopping on State Street. The loft is the entire upper level of my home with a brand-new private bath (marble shower!). I live here full-time, but you will have abundant privacy as this area is separated from the rest of the house by a stairway and the door to the upstairs.

Located on the historic Isthmus, my home is in an eclectic arty neighborhood, next to Willy St. Coop, BEST Thai in town (Ha Long Bay), excellent Madison restaurants and coffee shops. This is the old hippee area of Madison in the famous Willy Street area. I am only a few blocks from the Yahara River, great for Kayaking (I have one you can rent for a small fee) and Lake Monona. My house is located on the Capital City bike trail -- bike to the UW, State Street shopping or the Capital in 10 minutes with my 21-speed cross bike (rental available)! I am also one block off the bus lines that will take you to Hilldale, the west side, UW-Hospital, East Towne mall, etc. On-street parking is abundant in front of the house.
