      Inconvenient

      Left on 12/09/2012 for a stay in November 2012

      Although situated walking distance from atocha rail station, we had to take a taxi to the office to check-in(the office is quite far away), and then another taxi to get to the apartment on our own. Very inconvenient. Rooms are small with an open upstairs bedroom, hence no privacy. Anyone moving around in the kitchen downstairs would disturb sleepers in the upper bedroom. Otherwise, good location and amenities. Water pressure was very poor, having a shower was extremely difficult with water down to a trickle at times!

      The location of the apartment was excellent.
      Nothing we wanted to see or visit was outwith a pleasant walk.
      It was spacious, clean and extremely well equiped.
      The terrace off the lounge was a real bonus.
      Not only would I recommend it to a friend, but we have booked to return in March 2011.

      Great place for a family stay

      Nice and warm reception at Madrid and very close to Atocha and Prado. The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable for a 3 child family.
