With a very comfy and cosy interior which is bound to make you feel at home, this two bedroom apartment in Spain's capital city of Madrid can house as many as 6 guests. It boasts a great location a mere 10 minutes by foot to the Museo Del Prado and the Reina Sofia Museum, as well as just 15 minutes by foot to the popular Puerta Del Sol. A 3 minute walk will take you to the nearest underground station which will provide excellent connections to many more of the city's attractions. Plus you will benefit from a kitchen with all the appliances you could possibly need, an internet connection, two balconies, ironing facilities and the list goes on.

      Excellent location but some drawbacks to the apartment.

      Located in a character building in a narrow street with very little passing traffic.. Lots of graffiti outside but typical for Madrid although we found Madrid to be an essentially clean and safe City We did a mid-week stay.
      Pros: Within a few minutes walk of Prado Museum and Reina Sofia and mid-way between atocha and anton Martin Metro Stations. The mainline station is also walkable. Unless v early or late best to approach from Calle atocha exit ("c.Atocha") exit from anton Martin Metro Station and take 1st exist on left going downhill. New kitchen. Fairly modern shower room. Immediate access to local bars, small supermarkets and some restaurants. Number code system to key box means no extra visit to booking agency collect keys.
      Cons. Near local bars and some noise from the local bars and passing locals even mid-week (if you're a heavy sleeper and use the rear bedroom then you should be OK). Furniture is very basic and worn. Pillows and duvets were stained and well overdue for replacing although pillow cases and covers were clean. Shower room could have done with a proper clean as mould in places. If you spend most of your time out and about sight seeing then this apartment is OK. Recommended? Just about.

      Just a step out your door and you are in Los Huertas and a few minutes from Plaza Santa ana nd Plaza Mayor. Lots of little shops and bars nearby. The apartment perfect for 2-3 people although you can sleep 4. New appliances and good aC as well. I'd saty here again. It was very clean.

      On our summer vacation we spent a week in this apartment.(mom, dad and two sons 17 an 8 at the time)
      Spacious, clean and quiet.
      It is nearby the center of Madrid in a quiet street.
      The airconditioning was quiet.
      We felt us very save in the building and in the neighbourhood.
      Nearby a marketplace and restaurants.

      Je recommande sans problème ces appartements. Il faut juste comprendre le système au départ (on va chercher les clés, et on nous dit où se situe l'appartement) et ensuite tout roule.
      Toutes les commodités sont présentes, seul petit bémol, mais c'est plus lié à la ville de Madrid qu'à l'appartement: le bruit nocturne! Et oui Madrid est une ville qui bouge la nuit et les appartements se situent dans un quartier très branché de la ville, l'avantage de bons bars et restaurants à proximité immédiate!

      The appartment was very good,but not for families like us.They were very noisy and they were annoying us. Moreover, during the night,at two or three o'clock, they were ringing the doorbell and screaming. To the neighbor appartments were living some young men who were being drunk and shouting until the morning.
