This was a great place for us. We were walking distance to nearly everything. Luckily the weather was perfect for that. Close to Metro stations on two different lines allowing access to everything in the city. The satellite tv was broken, but we weren't going to use it much anyway. The neighborhood is great with a market just across the street. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The apatment was a little "tired" and the beds a little small, but overall we were very pleased, and Fabrizio was always on time and very friendly.

The apartment was spacious and well-furnished. One bedroom and the living room were air conditioned and very comfortable. The two smaller bedrooms were pretty hot in the 35 degree heat.
Close to the superb Madrid metro in an upscale neighborhood.
We had to check out early in the morning to make an early train. The 50 euro cost for early checkout seems unreasonably high.
We recommend Homes for Travelers and this particular apartment. -

We have been in this apartment twice now, and we really like it. It is very comfortable and the location is perfect. It is very close to El Retiro. There is a market right across the street. There are good restaurants on the same street.

La atención de los coordinadores de alojamiento fue extraordinaria, el apartamento esta en buen estado aunque habia un tv que no funcionaba, los coordinadores de alojamiento fueron muy rápidos en arreglarlo. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, es una zona muy céntrica y al mismo tiempo muy tranquila. El único inconveniente fue que mi esposa es muy alérgica al polvo y el papel tapiz del apartamento no ayudó mucho.

The apartment was in an ideal central location. 2 min from either bus terminal or Metro station as well as large department store and smaller supermarket (both for food).
The area and flats was very quiet at night. The apartment was nice and clean with modern bathrooms. The kitchen was basic with small portable plug-in oven, but other than that was equipped to our needs. And again very clean.
Not sure if regular check-in guy as no real information given about flat (we didn't think to ask basic questions after long flight!) and surprisingly no information in flat re bin collection, how to use wi-fi, instructions on washing machine/dishwasher and tourist areas etc.
Organisng the early checkout (06:00) was a bit more stressful than should of been although we had stated it on all communication.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay/apartment and the desk manager was lovely! -

Great neighbornood, quite and safe. Apartment was a little run down but pleasant. Attention to detail was missing - no coffee machine as listed, lightbulbs not in some lamps, other minor items missing. On the whole the apartment was okay. Two of the rooms had their own baths. On the whole a good apartment in a great neighborhood.

I would like to thank once again RAMIRO (host) , for the providing services upon arrival and departure of our stay. Home was big enough and very well equiped (towels , kitchen ,etc....) but concerning cleaning of the apartment i would give .............. 1 star .
Location was very convinient to museums ,centre of town , metro and bus station was something like 100m away , super market across the street .
Best issue was the location of the apartment and i hope next time to be cleaner .
