The Chueca-Pelayo Apartment is located on the fourth floor of a nice building, completely renovated and in perfect condition. It has two bedrooms, master bedroom with two bed, second bedroom with single bed. It has a nice bathroom with shower. The lounge has a fully equipped kitchenette, table for five people, flat screen TV and a sofa bed if needed provides two additional places. >Because of its location, the Chueca you can enjoy the taste of one of the most sought after and exclusive of Madrid with all amenities. Very bright and cheerful!

The apartment has one double and one single bedroom, both good sizes with built ins. Great shower, beautifully clean and really centrally located in a great shopping district. Lots of beautiful little cafe's around. Would be hard for someone who doesn't like stairs to stay in, as it's on the 4th floor but it was great for us - helped minimise those excess holiday Kg's! Highly recommended. Really friendly and easy check in - resources in the apartment to help you find your way around Madrid (books, web print outs, etc).
