This apartment was clean, modern and felt like a hotel but with the comforts of home. Traveling with a 2 1/2 year old can be tricky if you have to rely on restaurant timings (supper in Madrid is typically eaten late so most restaurants don't serve food before 8pm), but staying here made it easier! With a grocery store less than 100 metres away, we were able to cook meals in the kitchen (no oven but there is a stove-top range and microwave) - Marina has provided all of the essential tools and even some basic ingredients if you arrive too late to shop! We couldn't figure out how to watch the tv in English but we managed to rent a movie from the video store next door. The apartment is conveniently located between Metro stations and was easily walkable with a stroller (and there are even several parks enroute to take advantage of). Marina was a great host and made the check-in/check-out process very easy (we even had an early morning flight departure). We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to rent an apartment Madrid - a family, couple!

This apartment has it all; newly renovated, perfect location, tastefully decorated and close to the metro station and important art galleries. It includes all you need for a pleasant stay away from home, and it's spotless. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment, suitable to families, couples of any age, with or without children.
