The elegant Plaza Mayor is on the doorstep, the famous Puerta del Sol and royal palace are both nearby, and the recently refurbished Mercado de San Miguel - an elegantly glass-covered food market - is just around the corner and perfect for sampli...ng local Spanish delicacies. Please note that this property is located on the second floor, and there is no lift.

Surface Area: 90 m2. Second floor ( no lift ). The entrance leads into the living room with 2 French windows facing out onto the street. This area is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, a chaise lounge, a wooden coffee table, 2-side tables with lamps, shelving with LCD TV and a DVD player. The modern kitchen, right on the entrance hallway, is equipped with a fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine / dryer and a dining table with seating for 6.There are three bedrooms: the master bedroom consists of a double room (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) and a windowed balcony; 1 double (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) connected to the third interior twin bedroom (with 2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m) with closet. There are two bathrooms both with walk-in showers. There is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the kitchen and bathrooms, which are both tiled.

  Great price, great location, very clean and comfortable, good transport links. Only 1 minute away from the San Miguel Food / Drink Market and only a 5 minute walk to Puerto Del Sol.
