I had a conference in Madrid, and I extended my stay to visit the city and the surrounding areas. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the people from Rentapart Magazine and the property that I got to rent for the week.
The location was just perfect. You feel like you live in a very affluent and regal part of town. Chamartin is very classy and beautiful but it's not the chaos of the more touristic areas. The location, very close to the train and metro lines, makes it so easy and convenient to get anywhere in no time. Also there are always plenty of cabs available.
The apartment was very clean and nicely done, it didn't feel dated or run-down, and at the same time it was cozy. You could feel like you were at home. In a very spacious home. I was expecting a small NY apartment and this condo was very comfortable and sizable.
The swimming pool was heavenly. Perfect to relax after a hot summer day in Madrid, also very private and well kept. Everything was spotless and ready to be used.

Chamartin was super clean, spacious and full of comfort and light. I didn't want to leave the place. The pool was an added luxury. The owner, Miguel, was super nice and helpful. I also loved the proximity of the apartment to the subway and train station. I will definitely rent through them again!
