I recently stayed here with some friends during my four-day visit in Madrid. The apartment is a really good size (sleeps six comfortably). It is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We really enjoyed all the natural light that pours in.
But even better than the actual apartment is the great location.
It is practically in front of the Palacio Real and very close to the Metro. A perfect location to get to all of Madrid's top spots.
