Third floor: The living room is to the left from the spacious entrance and has 2 French balconies looking out onto the street; it is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 large ottoman, 2 side tables with a tall lamp on each one of them, a wooden coffee table, TV table with 2 decorative panels on top and TV and DVD player. The open plan kitchen/dining area is separated from the living room on the right side of the entrance. It has a dining table with chairs for 6 people. It is equipped with a fridge / freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob (stove), oven/microwave (in one), dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. Along the corridor, there are 3 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): the master bedroom consists of a double bed (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m); 1 double-room (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) and a twin-bedroom (with 2 twin beds 0.90m x 2.00m). The twin bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and the second bathroom is in the corridor also with walk-in shower.
