The apartment is located in a corner building with elevator, strategically located next to the Prado Museum, the Botanical Garden and the Retiro Park.

The living-room windows overlook the Agriculture Ministry, an emblematic building of the Glorieta de Atocha that makes one feel the grandeur of the centre of Madrid, even if it is only for a few days rental.

One cannot avoid strolling in the Retiro, the most famous park of Madrid, walking up the Cuesta del Moyano with its traditional ancient books seller stands.

Crossing the Paseo del Prado under its hundred-years-old trees, one reaches the Barrio de las Letras, full of small restaurants to have tapas or diner, with its traditional bars, some with live music.

Estancias con Arte suggests trying the recommended places that are a must-do.
