This charming apartment with capacity up to 4 guests, is located on a third floor (without elevator but easily accessible) in the heart of Goya's Quarter, beside the best boutiques in the city.

This area is a pleasant place to go shopping around Serrano and Goya street, and to enjoy plenty of events hold in the Palacio de los Deportes, as long as a perfect place to stroll around Retiro Park, which is located just 5 minutes walking far from the apartment. If you want to experience culture during your stay in Madrid, the apartment's excellent location will reach you to the Museums Quarter in few minutes. This is one of the most popular ar...eas in the city, where you will find Thyssen Museum, Prado's Museum or Reina SofĂ­a Museum. The apartment is few meters far from two underground stations and several bus stops.

This 40m2 apartment has an excellent layout, as you can access bedroom, living room, kitchen or bathroom from the entrance hall, making each room completely independent from the others.

The apartment has been recently refurbished with a pleasant decoration, transmitting a nice, warm atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully fitted (oven, microwave, washing machine…etc). The apartment has a cozy living room to have breakfast or meal, a very bright area as both bathroom and living room, faces the street.
