This apartment is located in a typical old Madrid castizo style building, and it’s the perfect place to stay with a couple, family or friends, as we provide another apartment with very similar characteristics in the same private landing. Each of them has a capacity up to 4 people.

Placed in La Latina quarter, this neighborhood has witnessed thousands of stories, retaining the traditional atmosphere and being nowadays a key place in the city due to the character of its streets, place for tapas and excellent drinks.

La Cava Baja was a former inn and tavern area that gave shelter to the travelers who carried goods to sell in the ci...ty markets.

Today, La Cava Baja has turned into a one of the best known streets in the city, famous for its taverns and restaurants as the well-known Casa Lucio, with its popular “Broken Eggs”, which is meeting point of national and international celebrities. It is also a must for the locals after walking around El Rastro market on Sunday mornings.

Meeting the Cava Baja is Almendro Street, a small street to enjoy a delightful walk through the wonderful Plaza de los Carros. This plaza leads to the Plaza de la Paja, a quiet pedestrian square, away from the bustle but with a nice atmosphere, including the worth visiting PriĂ­ncipe de Anglona Park.
