The apartment has a capacity for two people, it has a bedroom with bathroom en suite and a double bed with a small balcony overlooking an Inner courtyard. The living room has no windows, but it provides a warm interior lighting. It has a futon sofa and an open-plan kitchen equipped with al the necessary items, in addition to a small toilet.

This apartment has an excellent location five meters far from Santa Ana Square. Definitely it is one of the most important meeting points in Madrid. Its surroundings are the famous Huertas street, heart of Las Letras quarter, place that housed during centuries the bohemian and intellectual life in Ma...drid. Nowadays the neighborhood has a strong identity, and its literary past keeps written on the walls and floors of the streets, where you can read famous pieces of Larra, Cervantes, GĂłngora or Lope de Vega, among other genius of Spanish Literature.
