Very well appointed apartments in one of the best locations of the city of Madrid. A good size apartment for 2 people., Bathroom was small and not suitable for large size guests the shower and toilet was a squeeze.The bed is a double and sits low to the ground which was not comfortable ( personal choice). The apartment was clean and well equipped. Close to transport , shops and the Hop On bus is at the front door. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.
The big disadvantage is that you have to go to the head office to pick up the keys and after a 14 hour flight and 40 hours without sleep , this is an inconvenience, also the additional cost of the taxi to the unit . -

This rental in the center of historic Madrid worked out extremely well and I was very happy with it. A studio apartment so not huge but could not have been better in every respect. Very smooth booking and check-in. Ramon looked after everything superbly and could not have done more to help. Really made my trip very easy and highly enjoyable. I look forward to being able to go back soon again. Without a doubt, a home from home in beautiful Madrid and a perfect base for excursions as well as exploring the city. 110 % all round ! Location, location, location ... and Friendly Rentals are one of the best in my experience.

I like so much this apartment , it was our second stay in this apartment. It's good location and very calm area ,but in few meters you can find a lot of bars and place for looking

The apartment is situated with great views of the Royal Palace from the two shuttered windows and small balcony. The second floor studio apartment was reached either by a wide staircase or an antique lift and was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The shower was excellent although the bathroom very small. The handover at the start and end of the stay was efficient and the owners very friendly and helpful.
I would definietly stay here again on a future visit to this superb city. -

It´s a small but very nice and comfortable Apartment. The interior ist very nice also. And it is situated in a fantastic part of the city. Near to the Palacio you can be in the middle of the city in some minutes by foot and you can also enjoy the look at the park from when you stay at the large windows of the apartment. You can visit a lot of nice places by foot. The owner very helpful, uncomplicated. We were all over happy about our visit in Madrid and the apartment was for us the best choice. We felt like at home and enjoyd our visit very much. When ever we will return to madrid, we will stay there again.
