Excellently equipped - surpassed all expectations! Also very comfortable, roomy, right by the Chueca metro stop, shops, cafes, restaurants. The apartment is so centrally located that we didn't use the metro that much. It is a lively neighborhood with quite a bit of noise at night. Earplugs solved that problem. Not your bland decor of some rentals; felt like we were in someone's very nice home. The piano was an exceptional bonus. The elevator was useful for luggage even though we were only on the second floor (1st European floor).

not easy to access with a car to the office but after this first arrival, all is perfect. the flat is great with big surface and all the commodities. the location is just nearby a metro station and a supermarket, and a few minutes from the historical center of the city.

This is a very nicely furnished apt with a complete kitchen, washer dryer, cable TV and internet wireless. The location was perfect just steps from Chueca Station and Chueca Square. Despite being in the apt for gay pride weekend, we were able to sleep as it is pretty sound proof. Highly recommended.
