The apartment is very well located in the very living centre of Madrid.
Equipments brand new, comfortable furniture, effective climatization and noise isolating double glazing windows are to be noticed.
Two regrets : blinds are not that good if you wake up late,and some more tableware and cutlery would be appreciable to have diner at home.
Anyway, a very good place to stay, and moreover, a really likeable team is present to wellcome and take care if needed -

great location, very central and and great atmosphere. although the kitchen was a little under equipped and the apartment a little tired compared to the shiny website photos, it was very comfortable, quiet and secure. a problem with the television was addressed immediately and effectively. would recommend.

Apartment in excellent central location and is a good size and comfortable, however, it is opposite a very noisy bar where the patrons party on until 3-4am every night (not to mention the other drunken revellers staggering home singing every night). Unless you also party til the wee hours or are used to extremely noisy conditions, it is a nightmare for sleeping. The air con did not work despite the efforts of the extremely helpful staff at Friendly Rentals. It was muggy and claustrophobic at night as we couldn't open the windows due to the noise. I would only recommend to heavy sleepers or those who love the nightlife.

nice minimal furnished Ikea apartment, even with an ipod dock, very well located just 1min fro metro station, very close to shops and nightlife area.
We just didn't like the lack of coffee in the kitchen, and one more sofa or armchair in the living room, since it is a 4 persons apartment. But overall it is a very smart choice
