The Cibeles III is a luxury apartment located in the most beautiful area of the city in a fantastic completely renovated building very characteristic of the emblematic buildings of the Gran Via era of Madrid.

The Apartment:

Luxury, comfort, standard equipment and design are all adjectives that define the perfection of this one bedroom apartment that will live up to anyone´s expectations who is searching for the ideal space to stay and live in comfort. The apartment was decorated with the intension of offering the highest quality, design and style for all guests.

The apartment consists of a spacious living and dining room wi...th a sofa bed allowing four to sleep comfortably in the apartment. The large L-shaped sofa bed has the possibility of two different positions, one being two individual beds put together creating a double bed ideal for couples and the other being two individual beds separated by a nightstand perfect for friends or workmates. The open-planned modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities such as dishwasher, washer, induction ceramic hob, microwave/grill and all of the necessary small appliances anyone could possibly need.

This very well distributed fabulous apartment is 55 squared meters. The spacious bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, built-in closets and a stupendous double bed perfect for getting a good nights rest. The fantastic bathroom is made of modern furniture with white ceramic combined with black and grey pearl tiles, a white cement floor and a nice and large mirror. The apartment is exterior and overlooks a charming street that converges with the Gran Via. The bedroom is next to an interior patio therefore making it a truly quiet place for rest. Furthermore, the exterior windows are double-paned protecting the apartment from noise and drastic climate changes.

The fantastically located apartment is only five minutes away from the Plaza de Cibeles and all of the famous buildings from the twenties such as Banco de España, Circulo de Bellas Artes etc. The apartment is located in an important and representative building of the twenties era that has been totally reformed in the interior and fitted with modern installations such as luxurious entrance with security camera, wheelchair access, a decorated interior patio, garbage disposal room, 2 elevators and garage. Furthermore, you can access the rooftop terrace and the sundeck with your room key.. With the best views of the city, this is a luxury that only the guests will be able to savor.

  Excellent location, but internet connection and other things let

  Don't get me wrong, this is the best location in Madrid, and the appartment very good, clean. However, there were a couple of things which pulled it down, for me:
  a) we were made to pay extra for the internet, when all other appartments in Spain, Portugal, Turkey etc which we hired during this holiday did not. I do not think there is an excuse to ask for money for internet anymore these days. But that was not the main issue.
  b) the internet worked in a patchy manner for the first two days/nights, and then for a whole period of almost 24 hours, it did not work at all. As this was over the weekend, now one could do anything about it, as no one was available. Friendly Rentals people did their best on Monday, and finally the situation was fixed. But to my mind, a luxury appartment like this, in such a prime location, needs to take much better care of their business customers. Not good enough.
  c) some small things which make you think they are trying to cut costs: the so called fully equiped kitched did not have a decent size pot, to cook some pasta, for example... The sponge for the dishwashing was cut in half, presumably with the other half (worth all of 40 cents probably) doing the job at some other appartment.
  
  Conclusion: excellent location and unit in general. But some major (internet) and minor (kitchen stuff) issues let it down.
