Depuis 10 ans, nous réservons un appartement en Europe pour nos vacances (Paris, Prague, Venise, et différentes régions de la France). Nous avons toujours été pleinement satisfaits sauf, malheureusement, à Madrid où les services du mandataire devraient être améliorés: nous avons dû attendre 15 minutes dehors l'arrivée de la représentante de l'Agence après avoir confirmé l'heure lors de l'arrivée à l'aéroport; les appels pour problèmes rencontrés avec la TV et la climatisation n'ont pas eu de suite et nous avons dû trouver la solution par nous-mêmes. Quant à l'appartement lui-même, il gagnerait à avoir un petit coup de peinture, les commutateurs devraient être lavés, la hotte et la lumière de la cuisinière réparées et les ustensiles de cuisine complétés (tire-bouchon manquant et autres). Malgré cela, l'appartement est bien situé, confortable et on a apprécié notre séjour et nous le conseillerions avec réserve. Madrid est une Ville superbe, on a pu rayonner autour de la Ville et découvrir plusieurs sites et c'est avec regret que nous avons dû quitter après un séjour de deux semaines.

Be ready for smaller spaces when in Europe, but Tribunal has a great layout so it seems far bigger than expected. The stairs or 1 person elevator offered a few moments but once inside, that is forgotten. Nice white walls offered a sense of space. Neat, tidy, welcoming and full of smaller comforts. Official welcome and refund of damage fee were very smooth. We found a number of smaller local shops for supplies, easy walk to Tribunal metro station and the local park with lots of kids space - true neighbourhood feeling. We were checking our map as we arrived and two gentlemen offered help within a few minutes! Also Recommend Il Regno di Napoli restaurant 1 1/2 blocks past the park on C. de San andreas. Good value and forth floor location.
