Left on 04/11/2013 for a stay in March 2013
After traveling all day and night long from the States, my family of five arrived at Madrid Santa aNa penthouses, Calle Conde de Ramonones, 14 in Madrid, Spain. There was no apartment for us - Madrid Central Suites and Madrid accomodations had over booked. It took us 3 hours to get them to help us find a hotel. The manager of the apartment blamed Madrid accomodations and they blamed her. No apology and no compensation at all. Do not book with Madrid central suites , Madrid accomodations or at Madrid Santa aNa penthouses, Calle Conde Ramonones, 14 in Madrid Spain. Terrible experience!
