This apartment is located in a quiet street out of the hustle and noise, in the surroundings of Huertas street, the main street with leads the also called Letras quarter, that In the old days was home of the Intellectuals and most important writers of that time. Nowadays, the literary past of the neighbourhood has turned into an intense and strong identity. To remind the masterpieces of these writers while strolling around the area, some literary pieces remain written In the pavements, with the words of Larra, Cervantes, GĂłngora or Lope de Vega, amongst others.

It is a charming sensation to stroll around Huertas quarter, a traditiona...l place with its castizo atmosphere, with its old streets and squares, bars, restaurants and pubs to have a drink or meet friends, a perfect meeting point both for old and young people during day and night. It is a pleasure to sit in one of the bar terraces placed in Santa Ana square, taste some delicious tapas in the taverns and bars or enjoy a meal in one of its traditional restaurants.

The living room has a double sofa bed with TV multifunction, a dinning table with capacity for 4 people, and an open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and equipped with all the necessary items for cooking.
