A gardener maintains the lustrous garden, a poolman keeps the pool pristine and a CCTV system provides safety (even if not really required). Maintenance service is available 7 days a week.
There are many good sea food restaurants just next door by a walk on the beach or across the road where you can order your favorite dishes and be delivered at the villa in just 1 hour.
You can hire a car at the just next door agency (about 25euros/day) or a scooter (5euros/day).

Coconut Laguna Villas Resort:
At the Coconut Laguna holiday facility there are altogether only 11 vacation villas. Two villas are built in the typical wooden Thai style, and the othervillas are built of brick. All homes have been built with a similar design, but independently and individually have been decorated and altered. A swimming pool graces the middle of the resort, surrounded by palm trees and ornamental shrubs, which brilliantly flower throughout the whole year. Abbiamo trascorso delle meravigliose vacanze. La Villa che abbiamo affittato e anche le altre, sono stupende e arredate magnificamente! Il poste è incantevolo...le case sono sul mare e le più distanti ad una 20a di metri dalla spiaggia. Roberto e sua moglie, proprietari che vivono sul posto, sono simpaticissimi e molto accoglienti ! Il personale è discreto e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Torneremo di sicuro in questo posto nel 2013 ! Troppo fantastico ! L'isola è piccola é bellissima, c'è tanto da visitare e si mangia benissimo per poco ! Da visitare e da vivere !

If you want to be in the center of the action, go to a resort. If you want to feel a part of the island, while having a private pool and a villa right on the beach, come here. Roberto and Marian are responsive and friendly as are the staff. All are unobtrusive as you relax at your oasis on a long white beach and soft waves. The villa is comfortable with 3 master bedrooms and one is killer with its second floor balcony looking onto to the water. A bonus is the little restaurant across the road...good food at great prices. This is a beautiful place for quiet, relaxation, walks on the beach, kayaking, snorkeling and swimming. Go out on the road to catch a ride tTo go shopping or out a night. Highly recommend.

I joined a couple of friends at the beach front villa and the only word I can find to describe it is: Heaven.
Very warm welcom from the owner living just next door, stuning weather and view, perfect accomodation, just what I needed for a short break after our continental European winter. Might well go back next year. Definitely will.
From location, accomodation quality, equipment, I couldn't ask for more. Spacious rooms with both ventilation and air conditioning, quiet, well equiped kitchen, great swiming pools (common and private)and so to say private beach.
I can only recommend it to anyone wanting to spend a few relaxing days. Thank you to Roberto and Eliette (owner) for that great time. -

Posée dans un endroit idylique la maison de M et Mme Roberto est là ;posée comme l'idée d'un reve impossible.Ils ont été là avec toute la discrétion voulue pour que nos vacances soient agréable .
Un endoit a conseillé a toutes personnes exigeante et aimant la plage

This villa Laguna Beach is so much better than the photos suggested! It is very nicely decorated, kitchen is well equipped, it's nice to have everything in a rented villa, even a computer! We especially like the private pool, with the built-in jacuzzi, we could see that everyone that passed by the beach looked at us with envy. We definitely highly recommend this villa to everyone.

La vue depuis la maison est paradisiaque ! Très belle plage avec une eau à 30°! Tranquillité garantie dans cette partie de l'île. Une villa agréable sur la plage avec une piscine. Des grandes chambres avec douche, climatisation et frigo. Roberto, le propriètaire a été aux petits soins ! Beaucoup de conseils, c'était très rassurant!
Un ménage de l'extérieur effectué tous les jours, et 2 fois par semaine entièrement. A notre arrivée, tous les réfrigérateurs remplis avec des boissons! Tout était également prévu pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain, sans oublier le grand panier de fruit ! Lavage et repassage proposé sur place, très pratique et peu cher ! Nous avons pris des repas souvent à la villa, commandées en avance au restaurant Hom Chana, derrière la villa. Cuisine fraîchement préparée (j'ai demandé à la patronne si je pouvais venir l'aider et voir comment elle fait la cuisine, c'était extra !) Une vraie différence par rapport aux restaurants avoisinants, il faut commander 1H avant, sinon le temps d'attente sur place peut paraître long. On a adoré les marchés, il y en a un peu partout, les fruits et poissons sont excellents !
Une voiture est pratique avec de jeunes enfants, un scooter avec des plus grands. L'île est petite. Des excursions sont vraiment à faire sur les autres îles, le parc national, Koh Toa etc.. Attention aux prix, bien les arrêter avant.

Neljan hengen perheemme vietti viikon Koh Samuilla. Asuimme Coconut Laguna Beach Resort Villassa joka sijaitsee upealla paikalla aivan meren rannassa. Alue on rauhallinen ja sopii siten erinomaisesti lapsiperheille. Villa on tilava seka erittain siisti ja hyvin hoidettu. Alakerran terassin yhteydessa on oma uima-allas ja ylakerran terassilta voi ihastella merta samalla viinia nautiskellen. Taydellinen paikka rentouttavaan lomaan!

Recently, my wife, children and I spent 7 nights at the Laguna Beach Villa. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
The Villa is looking straight at a beautiful Koh Samui beach, with a private pool and surrounded by a scenery of small trees, flowers, and coconut trees; a hedge that gives a great sensation of privacy and relaxation.
The Villa is spacious and well serviced by a friendly and very helpful staff, and the rooms were fresh, clean and cosy. We enjoyed a beautiful and artistic tropical and sea views from every corner of the Villa, especially from the terrace on the second floor where the sea view is truly amazing!
The location is also great because you can walk up and down the beach and discover interesting places to eat, drink and massage.
Overall we had a really enjoyable time in Samui and at the Laguna Villa and would recommend it to anybody looking for a hassle free, enjoyable vacation.

The Villa is ideally located on the wonderful and quasi private Bang Por beach. It is is little corner of paradise, so colorful and so peaceful at just minutes away from the famous (however noisy) tourist
places like Maenam and Bophut. The Villa is very spacious and very clean, with more facilities than expected. The services are friendly and excellent. We are quit sad to leave to the place. Thank you very much to the Owner and we will come back for sure. -

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The location could not have been beaten as the beach was wonderful-deserted and beautiful. We ate several times in Bang Por Sea food restaurant on the beach-turn left out of the house and walk for about 10 mins. Eating fantastic seafood under the stars on the beach was unforgettable. Roberto was very kind and helpful- an excellent host who kept us well informed and really did his best to ensure our well-being.
