Sleeping 2 - 9 people in comfort let the Ferguson House provide vacation lodging for your mountain escape. We will adjust the daily, weekly and monthly rates according to the number of bedrooms required. The rates listed here are for a full house rental that includes 4 bedrooms.
We are open year round and conveniently located on the valley floor providing easy access winter, spring, summer and fall. We are 7 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway which will take you to the Great Smoky Mountain Park, Gatlinburg and Cherokee. The Ferguson House sits on the valley floor in Maggie Valley. There are short range mountain views and our neighborhood is primarily residential. We are easily accessible year round with paved roads that have a slight grade and no 4WD is needed in most normal snow conditions. We offer covered parking for up to 2 vehicles or 6-8 motorcycles. We have two parking areas that will allow for up to 6 cars. We are located near the Smoky Mountains and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are 45 minutes from the Asheville Airport, 45 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, TN and 30 minutes from Harrah's Casino and Cherokee. If you are looking to be conveniently located in the heart of Maggie Valley you will love our home.

We brought our extended family to the Ferguson House for our 39th anniversary. Everyone loved staying here, it was large enough to accomodate all of us. The patio area with firepit, hot tub, waterfall, and views were particularily enjoyed in the evening. We cooked out on the gas grill and had a great time indoors and outdoors. We all would highly recommend Ferguson House. Thanks for letting us stay here. Hope to come back same time next year for our 40th anniversary.

I have rented several houses in the Maggie area but this is the best. We had 7 people up for a golf tournament and everyone was thrilled with the house. The location is excellent. Everyone enjoyed the large patio so we could just relax and enjoy. The hot tub just put the finishing touches on it. We recieved great service and enjoyed visiting with Oscar and Charlie.

We really enjoyed staying here and when we go back to the mountains we would love to stay here again. It was very clean, well organized, and in a lovely location. Beth and Ken Brown were very helpful and we enjoyed meeting both of them. The house was beautiful.
