Villa Darmassina B is a splendid and luminous two-story apartment that is part of a villa surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Darmassina B you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding rural area and of the Reatina valley. Villa Darmassina B is 280 square meters (3000 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 5 km (3.1 miles) from Magliano Sabina , where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 150 meters (490 feet) and a gr...ocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
To stay at Villa Darmassina B you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.
Villa Darmassina A and Villa Darmassina B are two separate vacation homes that are part of a large country villa estate. The two houses sit next to each other and have independent entrances and separate gardens.
About 50 meters from the villa you'll find a communal tennis court, available to all the villa's guests along with rackets and tennis balls. There is also a football (soccer) field for a friendly match.
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside. You will share the pool with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment. It is open from mid-May until the end of September.
The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the garden and of the hills.
The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet) large. In the garden you will find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the surrounding countryside.
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and elegant. The furnishings include three sofas. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a large satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden with a view of the hills through three French doors. The room has a window with a view of the countryside.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a table to seat four guests. The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The ceiling is sloping and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows with a view of the garden. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
