On a lovely Picturesque location we have spacious and comfortable spacious, self-catering studio-flats, each with a private veranda and sea-view, ideal for relaxations and holidays. Guests will find themselves in a prime location, 2 minutes to Victoria and 5-6 minutes drive from the Airport from which to explore the rest of Mahé.
Each of the air-conditioned units has a bedroom with sitting area, en-suite bathroom, and a well equipped kitchen, which also features FREE WIFI, fan and cable TV. Our establishment is within walking Distance form a Restaurant, shops, butcher's shop and Bus stop.

I stayed at this lovely studio with my husband when visiting Seychelles in March for 10 days. We loved it, lovely room, fully equipped kitchen and most of all our personal balcony with breathtaking view. The villa is close to airport and Victoria, and a convenient restaurant at walking distance for when I dint feel like cooking, so getting around was really easy..We were surprised at the value for money we got here, especially if you see the quality of interiors of the studio and the price we paid for it.
The host are really incredible people, they help you with anything, from running out of cooking stuff to organizing taxi, car-hire and excursions.. I would definitely come here again and refer it to my friends and family. -

We stayed here for 5 nights as we were looking for a economical self catering option, we were really pleasantly surprised, by the studio. It has recently renovated and is furnished beautifully and has a breathtaking view of the Sea, there is a very nice restaurant Chile bar at 2 mins walking distance where we had some lovely dinners, plus everything was a short drive away so we were able to go to north side of the island as well as the south side easily. It is also not far from the airport so having a early morning flight was so very convenient, we actually saw our flight land before we left for the airport. The free Wifi was welcome as everywhere else they charge a lot. There are also many shops close by, so shopping was very easy. We noticed a bus stop close to the studio though we hired a car which is a must in the Seychelles. We would definitely stay here again and refer to friends.

We enjoyed our stay at Bayview Villas and will certainly return, maybe next year...
Clean, large,spacious, well-equipped rooms with bathrooms.Our children enjoyed the pool!
Wonderful view of the bay, and breathtaking sunset!
