All inclusive Mahone bay holiday apartment, The apartment is a South facing garden apartment ground floor which is fully equipped and furnished. French doors open from the lounge to a lawned garden with a lovely wooden decked patio sitting area ideal for BBQ's. All the areas within the apartment are wheelchair friendly, the apartment has under floor heating and air conditioning making the apartment comfortable all year round. The outlook of the apartment is onto wide open spaces, very rural with unrestricted views and 2 minutes walk to the water, you can come and go as you please and find the apartment meets all your needs. The kitchen has al...l new and modern appliances with a large fridge freezer, cooker and hob with extraction fan, it is an oak kitchen with table and chairs for dining. The lounge is a large bright and cosy area with sofa, chairs, TV and radio. The bathroom has a bath and shower over with basin and toilet, There is also a washer dryer for you own use.

The views around the garden apartment are very scenic and wildlife is in abundance the bird feeder in the garden attracts a lovely variety of birds to make your holiday tranquil and relaxing even deer come into the garden and feed.Read more

Mahone Bay waterfront area is peaceful and scenic, especially on a beautiful sunny day. Very nice for a leisurely stroll to enjoy the atmosphere.
Perhaps the most famous landmarks of Mahone Bay are the three historical churches next to each other. They are in a row along Edgewater Street facing the waterfront, and they belong to the Anglican, Lutheran and United denominations.
Surrounding the town of Mahone Bay are about 100 islands which give the town a very scenic atmosphere especially on a clear and calm day. The Main Street of Mahone Bay is a lovely place to walk around as it is scattered with colourful shops selling antiques, quilts, chocolates, pottery etc, The local people invite you with open arms making your stay very pleasurable.
Mahone Bay's Settlers Museum tells you more about the immigrants to this particular area of Nova Scotia. Many people with a German background came here in the 19th century and a large map in the museum shows where the settlers to Mahone Bay came from around that time. Apart from history-explaining maps and charts you can also see several items to be found in a typical 19th century Nova Scotian household.
Mahone Bay is the perfect way to enjoy a day of dining, shopping and adventure.

  We stayed here one week with our young son. The large, open apartment was impeccably clean and fully furnished with seemingly new everything. Although it is attached to the owner's residence, it has a separate rear entrance and is completely private. Check in was quick and easy and the owner was very friendly.
  
  The location is quiet and within walking distance of the bay, but to go to town you definitely need a car. The only negative thing I can say about renting this apartment is that they don't take credit cards, which makes arranging the payment (full amount is due many weeks in advance) somewhat troublesome. Otherwise it is a wonderful accomodation at an incredibly reasonable price - particularly in comparison to accomodations located directly in Mahone Bay.
