This lovely house is a great option to start your trip to the most nicest beaches on the Chilean coast.
It has 5 rooms, 3 bathrroms a nice living room, dinning room, a bar, terrace with BBQ area, 5.000 mtrs of garden with many trees and flowers. On a very quiet and calm condominium, at only 5 minutes by car to the nicest beach Aguas Blancas at Maitencillo Village. At 45 minutes to Viña del mar by the coast. And at just 2 hours from Santiago.
Have nice view to the mountains, beach and forest. Ideal for families with kids.

Maitencillo, is a small village very beautiful and nice, one of the prefered places for Chileans to go on summer vacations. Its just 5 minutes to the main beach but also at not more than 30 minutes to 8 other beautiful beaches. You can go everyday to a different beach, the most nicest ones are Cachagua, Zapallar, papudo, reñaca, Con con, Viña del Mar and Valparaíso.
There are many restaurants with great offer of sea food, pastas, meat. Good wines.
The better time to go is spring and summer, from November to March.
But Its not available for rent from the New Years Eve until Janaury 20th
But all year is very pretty and nice if you just want to relax and lay down on the beach, read a book and calm down.
The place is a little outside town, away from noise and traffic, on a very quiet area. Near there are supermarkets, gas station, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and a night club.
The weather on summer goes around 35 degree at day time and get down to around 20 at night.
January and February gets pretty crowded as is has great beaches for swimming and is Chilean school vacations.
Its only 2 hours by car from Santiago, and it´s highly recommended to hire a car so you can go visiting all the area.
