Flying Changes is settled on 200 acres of farmland 10 minutes drive from Maitland NSW. The house is perfect for up to 9 people and with so many activites to offer, it's the ideal place to make new holiday memories.
There is plenty of opportunity to get involved with the nature that surrounds Flying Changes. Bird watching can be enjoyed from the verandah or go for a bushwalk amongst the 30 acres of Flooded Gums planted on the property. Flying Changes is only 10 minutes drive from Maitland NSW. Venture out to the nearby vineyards which are only 30 minutes away, or go shopping in historic Morpeth, only 15 minutes away. It really is the ideal place to base then explore the Hunter Valley.

Our host was very amenable and we loved the little extras like milk, bread and juice as well as a pantry stocked with the basicss.
The house is large and wonderfully appointed.
The location is rural but central to all the Hunter offers.
The gardens and pool are beautifully maintained and a joy in themselves.
If you are up early you can see a mob of Kangaroos grazing just outside the windows and the bird life is plentiful.
Just one downside, you will not want to leave. -

We had 5 nights at Flying Changes in Maitland Vale. The house is superb and the setting on huge land amazing! The property has an inground pool, beautiful gardens and has 1km of the Hunter River running through the property! The hosts were unobtrusive and because I had 2 sons who enjoyed fishing, the hosts 15 year old son came and showed my boys the local fishing spots and picked them up on his quad bike and spent a lot of time helping them fish! It was over and above all expectations and I highly recommend this beautiful property for all age groups!
