This is an apartment that makes you feel welcome as soon as you step in through the door. The Vargas apartment is brand new and a lot of thought has gone in to the decoration and equipment.

The apartment is situated in Ciudad Jardin, a sleepy seaside town just outside Palma renown for its fantastic seafood restaurants. You have the beach just a couple of hundred meters down the road where a lovely beach walk takes you in to Palma itself. A nice idea might be to rent a bicycle and take the bike lane in to the city!

Vargas is also ideally situated for activities such as golfing or sailing. You have several courses within a very shor...t distance. If you do not have that kind of activity in mind, the location makes it a good choice as it is easy to get to from the airport and Palma alike. For most places on the island a rental car is a must, but here you can also enjoy your holiday without one! The only problem might be that you miss out on other things Mallorca has to offer...

The bright and airy Vargas apartment comprises of a living room area where you can relax after a day by the beach. There is a flat screen TV as well as a DVD provided for entertainment. The kitchen is across the hallway and comes fully equipped for you to be able to use it as much or as little as you like: the convenience of a dishwasher and a coffee machine is an extra bonus! In the washing room off the kitchen there is a washing machine as well as a dryer.

Further down the hall you reach one bedroom with twin beds and plenty of wardrobe space, and one bedroom containing a double bed and another large wardrobe. Details in the bedrooms such as full length mirror and make up mirror with shelf will surely be appreciated!

There is a third, smaller room that you can use as a storage room for bags, golf clubs and other items that you do not wish to take up space in the bedrooms or in the lounge. The bathroom contains a full size bath and comes with towels and bathroom.

Whatever you have in mind for your Mallorca holiday, this stylish apartment is the perfect choice!

  The check-in process was exactly as we had been informed it would be. Adam was extremely friendly and accommodating, being especially helpful with our departure - we left the apartment at the specified time in the morning but were able to leave our bags until the afternoon as our flight was in the evening.
  The apartment was light, very clean, comfortable and roomy, the little room next to the bathroom was very useful for storing the suitcases so they didn't encroach on bedroom space.The bedrooms were comfortable with good sized wardrobes and drawers. All the equipment in the kitchen worked well although crockery and pots and pans were quite limited.The utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer was very useful as this was part holiday and part work for my husband. The lounge/diner was comfortable and well furnished. The bathroom was clean and well fitted. The only real downside to the apartment was the air-conditioning which didn't work properly.
  The apartment is in a very nice quiet residential area with a great little cafe/tapas bar just seconds away. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are very close by. The main road to Palma and, in the other direction, to the airport is just around the corner. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and is much less touristy than some other areas near Palma, we really enjoyed that aspect. The beach front walk into Palma took about 45 minutes (longer if you stop off at the cafes and tapas bars!).The whole area is very pedestrian and cycle friendly. We took the old train to Soller for a day trip and it was ok but I personally found Palma more interesting.
  We don't like staying in hotels so for us this was a great place to stay.
