The large windows both at the front and back of the apartment allow an unusual amount of light to enter during the day. The location is absolutely excellent; it is impossible to get more central than this. A stay in the Pegasus II apartment will make your excursions in Palma convenient and easy to plan!

The area surrounding the apartment

The Pegasus II apartment is located on a pedestrian stree...t right in the heart of Palma old town. This area has been carefully reformed and restored to give a feeling of Palma in the old days while at the same time providing luxury accommodation, shops and boutiques. On the same road as the apartment, you will find plenty of shopping opportunities!

Palma centre is full of interesting places to visit, such as the impressive cathedral La Seu together with the famous La Lonja and the Museum of Contemporary Art. You will also find a number of cafés and restaurants with terraces where you can rest and take in the city life while enjoying typical Mallorquian food and wine.

The apartment building where the Pegasus and the Pegasus II apartments are located has an impressive entrance with a main gateway that leads into a patio area from where you take the lift or the big staircase up to the apartment. The street itself is quiet for its location in the middle of the city and the double glazing of the apartment ensures a good night's sleep!

The Apartment

You enter into the combined kitchen and living room space, a large area well-lit and with large windows. The hardwood parquet floor gives the apartment a very luxurious feel together with the top of the line kitchen equipment and bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, kettle, juicer, coffee maker and so on. All the kitchenware is fully integrated, making the kitchen very sleek and modern in style.

The bedroom is spacious and bright with a double bed. There is a single sofa bed in the living room for person number three making this apartment ideal for a couple with a child for example. A cot can also be provided.
