This is a very easy review. What a lovely oasis. The bed is gorgeous!!! and comfortable easily 5 star itself. We had a lovely stay at Joya well worth each cent. The agent in Manila who looks after this -is so professional and accommodating and took such pride in her work - you would think she is the owner. The decor is well thought out and really we could not fault it. It is studio size but the glam furnishings made it very special. Everything you need is there in the kitchenette ...we had a lovely stay. Thanks you Elle for accommodating us. I have already recommended your studio.

We have stayed here a couple of times and love this place. Located in Rockwell just across from the Power Plant Mall. There is security everywhere, its amazing. I feel safer in Rockwell than I do here in the us.
Pros:
- Bed is big and so comfortable
- Nice size TV
- Full kitchen with everything provided such as rice maker, hot water pot, dishes...
- Huge swimming pool. Its not deep but fantastic as a lap pool. The longest pool I have ever seen. There are two other smaller ones.
- WiFi (router in condo)
- Location: shopping mall across the street. I love coffee in the morning and beer at night. There are two starbucks, one just across the street and the other at the end of the street, and just across the street is Draft, a great place for beer and food.
- Owner/Manager very accommodating. Do whatever they can to make your stay comfortable
- The value of this condo compared to a hotel room is unbeatable.
- In the mall there is a grocery store. They will carry your groceries for you to your condo door. That's just awesome.

Excellent location for my requirement with high security, very helpful staff and comfortable & lovely place to stay. I love the surrounding with high end shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Nothing much to ask for. Everything you would need are all provided in the apartment. Very clean, area is safe, apartment has a nice view. I would highly recommend this apartment and would book this again in my next visit to Manila.

The location is perfect for leisure and business. Access to walk to the mall and restaurants is a plus.
The one i really value is the security of the place, from security guards taking taxi's plate number upon entering the bldg. to exclusive access to elevator/floor for guest protection.
Room is sufficient for my short stay... simple and comfortable.

Safe, very close to shopping.(the "bagger" from the grocery will follow and deliver to your door ).

My wife and I rented this condo first week of January 2012. We both had a pleasant experience.
Studio is situated at a prime location and just a short walk to the Rockwell Power Plant Mall. If you plan to hang-out, take a stroll, shop and dine out or just on a business trip; this rental is one worth considering!
Building and unit is accessible via major roads. Do not mind traffic, this is the Philippines after all. If you drive and have a vehicle, basement parking is available.

Hi L & A, we are glad that you had a great and pleasant stay in our property. With regards to your wish list for a telephone line, it is very tricky to put a costing on the guest's usage. Anyway, with our technology right now, everybody has cell phones with them so they can easily get to call anybody, anytime, anywhere. Most of the other rentals and hotels have this luxury but you have to pay an extra cost and might require you to have a minimum stay of 6 months or more and you will have to put an application with the telephone company by yourself. WIFI,
cable and parking are bonus values for you which are very rare. For the key card and elevator access card, I am working on that. It's not easy to just duplicate keys in Rockwell as we have discussed on the phone before. It is for security purpose,too for all the guests. Don't worry, we are looking into that. We strive hard to give you a comfortable and safe stay in our property. Thanks for your review. -

3217, what can I say. Yes that's the Studio on the 32nd floor where I was fortunate to stay for over 3 weeks. The Studio is first class and is comparable to a 4-star hotel with cable and wifi facilities that keeps you entertained till the wee hours of the morning (suited for an insomiac like moi). The bed was pretty high for someone like myself used to sleeping in futons (jap bed) which is just 30cm (12in.) from the floor. Pero American standard daw (alam mo naman ang mga Pinoy, palagi gaya-gaya sa Kano). But that was fine, perhaps this was why I felt 'uplifted' everyday. From day 1, the agent Grace was friendly and 'graceful' and as well, the reception and security staff were so friendly and helpful making one feel as if I was a long-time occupant of the building.
The beauty about staying in this Studio at Joya is not just the amenities the unit has to offer but more importantly, the location, location, location - on the ground floor is Santi's my favourite world class deli; just across the street is Starbucks, Cibo, etc. Walk a few more metres and voila, one is inside the mall where you can shop till you drop, enjoy a gastronomic experience such as bibingka & puto bongbong (we imigrants miss a lot), turos in Dulcinea, fresh fruits (mangosteen, my favorite) etc etc. And, when in need of basic items, there's Rustan's supermarket for convenience. Awesome, hanep talaga!!!
Moreover, I got value for money during my stay there. The price is reasonable, best of all it includes everything - no hidden costs, unlike similar studios in Bonifacio Global City where extra (unknown) charges apply for water, electricity and wifi which can set one back or offset one's travel budget.
It's been a wonderful stay and a moemorable experience at 3217. I highly recommend this Studio unit. Enjoy!!!

This place has it all. It's a condotel that boasts of a view of the city. You don't have to take a cab or look for any form of public transportation to go the mall or get some grocery. You're just a few steps away Rockwell, a posh mall with high end brands and a grocery with quality goods. Don't feel like walking too far? Downstairs is a deli that sells imported cold cuts and premium cheese. The condo is also less than 15 minutes away from Makati, so you don't have to travel too far from your condo if you're tired of Powerplant.
Unlike the other vacation rentals, this one provides you with a free parking space, so you don't have to worry about where to park your car or how much you have to spend on parking fee.
Other perks? The clean, sophisticated pool and the gym with the equipment you need to keep fit.
