My wife and I have lived and stayed at various places in Metro Manila and I would say that this was the best location for safe night stroll in the Greenbelt park and live music entertainment. Great restaurants and shopping just across the road. Hard on the wallet (wink).

Overall, we had a nice stay at BSa Tower. The room is well kept. Thanks to Edylyn.
We just had some disappointments while we were there. First with the internet connection.
Before making the reservation, I asked if there was a Wi-fi connection and they told me there was.
But when we got there, only the hotel Wi-fi was available which we couldn't avail quickly because we're not hotel guests.
Lan cable was available in the room but unfortunately it was broken. I had to ask Edylyn for another LaN cable and she took it to the room the next day, which i really appreciated. However, the thing was, when I booked I was pretty sure that I asked for Wi-fi connection because me and my wife needed to work while we were there and we both have our respective computers. So you perhaps you could imagine what we did. We took turns using the internet with the LaN cable which took us a lot of our time.
I guess guests would appreciate the room more if you could install a wi-fi connection in the room.
Another thing was about the pool. My child was so excited thinking that she could swim while waiting for me to come back from my training but unfortunately the pool wasn't available. There was a sign that it was under maintenance but as what we had seen, it seemed that it hasn't been used for ages.
Perhaps you could give an update to your guests about the status of the facilities before they showed up or even have your caretakers check if some of the facilities were not available for use. When I asked Edilyn about the pool when I signed the papers on our moved in day, she said that we could use it. She definitely had no idea that it was 'under maintenance' that time.
Lastly, the hot water in the shower. Hot water pressure was so low and the water heater was making an annoying sound while its on use. I think it's about time to replace it with a new one.
Other than the above mentioned, the room was ok.
Thanks a lot.Response from Oswego Inc - 03/25/2013

Hi Edsel!
Thanks for your review and recommendations.
I'm sorry about the swimming pool. We have not had any complaints about the pool before so we were not aware that it was being repaired. I have checked back with the building administrator and repairs have been completed and recently re-opened use of the pool as of Nov./12.
As for the internet connection, I'm glad you managed to use the internet. It has since been updated due to your helpful comment so it is now wifi with a router. Although, previous to March/13, our ad here with Flipkey, was specific: "The living room is also air conditioned with tv, internet "modem" (prior to March/13), telephone and daybed with folded single bed under."
I tried to look through your emails to me during negotiations but I can't find any that asked about wifi, otherwise, I would've told you the truth like I always did to those who ask.
I also get asked about the speed, and knowing how the Philippines internet connection can be very unpredictable, I always say that it's only basic speed even if I was told it's faster than the basic speed.
Thanks, again, for trying our accommodations, Edsel and for your helpful comments.
