This condo was in the best location and would be the best choice for your next visit to Manila! The unit was clean, the building was upscale and security was top notch. We felt safe and everything was accessible. The furnishings were modern, clean and every detail was thought of by the owner. The owner was very easy to deal with, and the contact upon check-in was also very helpful, timely, detailed and sweet. Overall a great experience, and we hope to be back. I give this unit an a+

Stayed at this place from February 17,2013 to March 7, 2013. The place is nice, clean and modern. The bed is comfortable. The washer and dryer is a plus especially if you are staying for a long time. The security is great. They are all over Rockwell area. The property manager is there when needed. The wifi wasn't working at first but we got it fixed. No parking included but they can lease a parking spot if you are staying overnight with a car. It is cheaper that way. Rustans grocery is convenient but they don't open till 11am. I would definitely stay here again.

I am sorry you had a problem initially with WiFi. This is something we can not control. This has something to do with the internet provider. It has to be reboot or change the password. It sometimes happen here in California. Rest assured, we are committed to deliver excellent service to our guests.

I really enjoyed my stay in Dette's condo particularly for its location steps away from Powerplant mall where restaurants and stores abound, a great gourmet deli (Santi's) right outside the building. The condo is clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would need. Dette is a great host and did everything in her power to ensure my needs were well taken care of, always very prompt in communicating back whenever I had a question or issue. I would highly recommend this condo for vacationers as it is a home away from home, well maintained and convenient to everything in a location which I would consider the safest, cleanest, and least congested area in all of Manila. Thank you Dette! I'll definitely go back!

I lived in this condo for over a week. And it was my first ever renting as I always used to stay at hotel. Before i made my decision to book a condo I made deep deep research and study so that it wont be wasted of a long distance travelling as well as hard earned money spent. Therefore I intent to write this review to help those who would like to save some money but stay in a high standard quality condo. And this one is the one definitely...
1. The condo is exactly the same copy cut of what you can see on the website advertised.
2. The condo itself is very clean and tidy with plenty of lights as well as windows and access to the balcony. The owner made a very wise decision to add utility bills on the room rate which makes hassle free to use and check in/out with no fuss...as everybody wants pleasant welcomes/goodbyes.
3. The both Owner and property manager are very caring and hospitable even from the distance. The minute you start your communication you will feel that you are part of their family.
4. The condo staff are an extra ordinaries and always produced a pleasant hospitality...
5. The overall safety and security in the area is one of the best liked as me and my fiancee went out every night and got back only early mornings with no worries. Taxi station is just round the corner and a 7/11 shop opening 24/7 is just 100 yards from the condo.
6. I cant think of any bad points throughout my stay neither have any suggestions for future improvement..But just to book straight away and start relaxing the mind.
Thank to Dett and Susan for making our stay pleasant. Will definitely come back...

The Condo is in a nice and very secure neighborhood and building, with the Power Plant mall directly across the street. The Condo was very clean and well maintained. the wireless Internet was fast and stable. the cable TV was good with many channels avaible to watch. the washer and drier worked well and the instruction manuals were there so we could operate them properly. The owner was very nice and accommodating to any and all of my needs.. very pleased and if I return back to Manila there is no question that I would stay her again.

I just came back from a week stay at this condo. First off, the location is perfect. Shopping, dining, etc. are literally just steps away at the adjacent Powerplant Mall. Even if you wanted to go somewhere else for food and shopping, a short drive or cab ride is all it takes. It is also pretty close to the airport. Second, the building is very secure, well maintained and has pretty much all the amenities I needed. Third, the condo itself is in superb condition. All the rooms were spotless and everything was beyond my expectations. Last but definitely not the least, Dette is fantastic to deal with from initial inquiry until after check out. Will definitely go back in the near future.

The place was awesome. I felt like I was at home and it became the place where me and my family created new and happy memories. It felt that somehow my family was able to see my world even for a little while. Bitter sweet but mostly happy memories.

Convenient location, everything you need is a few steps away... Starbucks, Groceries, Restaurants, fashion stores and more.
Condo is very clean and furnished comfortably. The tv/ cable/ internet works well. Didn't check out the swimming pool, but will next time.
Owner and local manager very friendly and accomodating. Will definitely rent this unit again.

the last 2 years i have stayed in this 1 bedroom condo it is so nice very clean the view of city is excellent very safe great staff at the front desk good security all around 24/7 when i am in manila i shall always stay in makati and most of all stay in the beautiful condo all i ask of people give it a try i am very sure they shall enjoy their stay in that condo thanks

We had a great experience staying in this condo for 2 consecutive years (2009 and 2010) of our Philippine vacation. The building is beautiful, modern, new and secure (24 hour doorman), the unit is comfortably furnished with all the amenities similar to a 5-star hotel (centralized airconditioning, modern bath, cozy bed) plus more (with equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms and washer/dryer inside the unit).
The condo is also located in the heart of Rockwell Makati just across the Powerplant mall (Rustans supermarket, a variety of restaurants/diners/fastfood/coffee shops/cafes, full service salons and retail shops).
Special thanks to the owner and the property manager who are always attentive to our needs and special requests.
I highly recommend this condo for your vacation needs in the Philippines. I will definitely stay in this condo again in my future visits to the Philippines.

Stayed here for 2 weeks...Nice location...just steps away from Rockwell Power Plant Mall...Lots of good restaurants (Filipino, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Asian Fusion, American, Italian, etc.) just right across the condo unit...
The interior design is very nice as well...from the furnitures to the small details=)...I love the bedroom! Very comfortable mattress and you have a nice view of Makati area courtesy of the floor to ceiling window in the bedroom...
The condo's staff especially the guards (or they call them house detectives) were so courteous and friendly=)...

It surely was an enjoyable and relaxing stay in your condo. It's just right across the Power Plant mall which is a must in our conditions when we visit Manila. Your condo is homey and just right for two people. The rate that you offer is much better than those 3-4 star hotels in the Makati and Ortigas district. There were minor mishaps but your aunt was very receptive and took care of it asap. Another plus is the 24-hour security of the bldg. You feel safe. We will recommend your place to our friends. I personally chose my furnitures and furnishings and shipped from U.S. We just finished upgrading our bathroom by installing glass shelves inside the bathroom, adding new vanity mirror and repainting to achieve a modern look. My next project will be our balcony.
