The Columns Legazpi Village (TCLV) is a sequel to the highly successful The Columns Ayala Avenue. TCLV is a two-tower residential condominium development forty-one (41) storeys high that house a combination of single level and loft/bi-level units. Payment Terms and Conditions: (Rates are subject to change without prior notice)

Current rates in Philippine Currency: P2,800/night/P18,000/week/P45,000/month.
Rates are all-inclusive and no other hidden charges. Parking spot is available upon request for minimal fee.
25% (non-refundable) Reservation deposit is required to reserve bookings.
75% (full payment) is due on or before check-in date.
For long-term lease; 1 mo. deposit and 1 mo. rent in advance is required along with post-dated checks for the rest of the months.
₱5,000 (refundable damage deposit) is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out (less damage[s] if any)
Check-in time is 3pm, check-out time is 12nn (otherwise ₱500 utilities fees may be charge).
In case of lost keys, guest will be charge ₱500 for replacement.
In case of lost cellphone unit, guest will be charge ₱5,000 for replacement.
Strictly no smoking anywhere in the unit and no pets is allowed.

  I stayed at the The Columns Legaspi Village between October 13th and November 4th. To setup this stay, I contacted albert and made arrangements with him. We spoke several times before any money traded hands. Each time I spoke with him he was extremely helpful. Don't hesitate to call him if you have questions.
  
  First I will make a list of information about the property, and later I will talk about the area and other aspects of staying here.
  
  Included in the apartment are the following:
  -Stove (with light and fan) Use the fan and open the windows, smoke alarms go off easy here.
  -DSL/Wifi - speeds range from 20kbps to 220kbps.
  -Refrigerator/Freezer - Make sure it is plugged in. We purchased a 6 liter water bottle and then stored water that we purchased in there to always have a supply of cold water.
  -32" flat screen television - has hdmi, and composite connections. The room also has cable, with about 50 channels available.
  -Dishes, glasses, silverware.
  -Towels, bedsheets, foam mat and fold out bed in addition to a full size bed. - Sheets and towels are changed once a week by the maid that stops by.
  -A lot of storage space, two closets with hangers and shelves, drawers, shelves and cabinets in the kitchen area.
  -Table with seating for 4 people - desk in kitchen - 2 night stands.
  -Step up/down transformer - we brought a 6 outlet powerstrip and plugged it directly to the transformer.
  -Shower with lukewarm/hot water. The water was never really steaming hot.
  -Hairdryer, toiletries, etc...
  
  In the building you will find:
  -Exercise area with treadmills, elliptical and some free weights. - No paper towels here, so remember to bring your own towel
  -Pool - The pool is open until 10 pm. It is not heated so swimming in the morning is usually colder than the afternoon. - There is also a children's pool and play area next to the main pool - all on the 7th floor.
  -Massage - Definitely one of the better massages I received while in Makati was here in the building. Massage is 250 pesos(approx. $6.25) for one hour.
  -Around the back of the building is aquabest, you can get a 5 gallon water bottle for 60 pesos here.
  
  The apartment is on the 14th floor.
  The staff at the building is exceptional.
  
  A lot of useful amenities are included as you can see. That is not the end of what makes this such an excellent place to stay. The location is superb.
  
  The Columns do not have a number address like we are used to here in america. You can refer to them as The Columns Legaspi Village at the corner of amorsolo St. and Pasay Rd. Those streets are the "front" of the towers. Front in quote marks because it feels more like the back. If you enter the building in a vehicle you will come in through the "back" of the building which is the corners of adelantado and Benavidez.
  
  You can walk down Benavidez ave (5 to 10 minutes) right to the Greenbelt/Glorietta mall. These are some of the nicest shopping areas in the Philippines with lots of retail stores and plenty of restaurants. About 2 minutes north on amorsolo st is Makati Sq which is a place that has many little shops and the best currency exchange rate when changing $100 or more. If you walk 3 minutes west on Pasay you will come to Waltermart which has a grocery store and some restaurants as well as department stores. Just outside the Columns on Pasay and amorsolo you can catch a Jeepney that goes to Libertad Station on the LRT subway line. Heading east on Pasay you will find many many restaurants and various shops.
  
  I could go on and on. I love staying in Makati and this place really makes it easy to utilize all the best aspects of such a wonderful city.

  The Columns Legaspi Village, Tower 2, Unit 14K is appropriately described as "the best studio unit in the heart of Makati!"
  From my very first conversation with albert Escobar to inquire about the unit to my last day at the Condo was hassle-free! I had asked about the availability of a hair dryer & a step down transformer, as soon as I arrived at the Condo there they were! The Condo looks exactly the way it's pictured in the ad, room was spotlessly clean,there were more than enough linens, bedsheets, towels, stored in the cabinets. The kitchen was complete with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls coffee maker. There was a dining table with 5 chairs. The Condo is tastefully decorated. There was a well maintained, infinity pool, a gym with good exercise equipment and massage available on request. It is walking distance to Greenbelt, SM, Landmark & all kinds of shops & restaurants. What I liked the best is the location, right in the center of Makati, the building & the Condo are new & the security people did a great job checking people who came & went. I already have a few referrals to this awesome Condo to my family and friends!
