This lovely home is located an upscale building in one of the most exclusive and upper-class communities in the Philippines. In Rockwell you can walk around even in the wee hours of the morning and be okay; it is that safe and secure! You are close to the Makati Central Business District but you do not have to deal with the noise, hustle and bustle, and lack of privacy. You can walk within five minutes to an upscale mall, restaurants, cafes, salons, spa, etc. Within the city you can enjoy museums, old churches, farmer's market, clubs, a variety of food experiences, and more shopping. You can play golf at Fort Bonifacio then have a myriad of choices for lunch or dinner at Market! Market! The airport is just 20 minutes away --your gateway to snorkeling, diving, hiking, fishing, mountain climbing, biking, windsurfing, and all kinds of nature adventures, etc. With affordable airfares, fun is definitely within reach!

You have the option to cook your own meals with a fully furnished kitchen or do your own laundry as the unit has its own washer and dryer. The abundance of restaurants in the area gives you lots of choices for eating out or ordering in. If you have a hectic schedule, you can even send your clothes to the laundry service downstairs! You will be provided bed linens and lots of towels, and a starter kit of supplies. Hot water is not an issue, nor is A/C with split-type, remote-controlled units in the living/dining area and bedroom. You will definitely feel at home in this unit. Additional Location Information

This is one of the most upscale and safest neighborhoods in Metro Manila and the Philippines! It is walking distance to a beautiful mall (Power Plant Mall) that also has a grocery store (Rustan's), movie theaters, salons, dining establishments for all budgets, shoe repair and more! Makati's Central Business District and Ayala Malls (Glorietta & Greenbelt) are about 2 miles away (10 min by car). Fort Bonifacio is also just minutes away by car, so you can enjoy golf, more shopping and more dining (Market! Market! and High Street Mall). Taxis abound to get around. If you need a taxi, just call the concierge from the phone in the living room; you will be called back when the cab is downstairs. Building security even notes down the cab company and license plate for your safety. If you're feeling adventurous, you can take jeepneys or ride the Metro Rail Transit (MRT), which will take you to major points in Metro Manila.

  An Excellent Choice For Your Vacation Stay

  You are going to love this one bedroom condo in Manansala Tower at Rockwell Center.
  The Condo:
  Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there, is clean, and works. Dishes, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, tasteful furniture, and a decent hot water shower are all there. A lot of rental condos make me feel like I've crawled into a crackerjack box ... not this one. The unit is big ... bigger than a suite at the Shangri La and 80% as comfortable but at a small fraction of the price for a comparable stay.
  Over the last few years I have had the opportunity to stay at nice condos in Makati (across from Greenbelt, great access to shopping and restaurants), Ortigas, The Fort (very tidy, safe, and good shopping), and Ermita (awesome view of Manila Bay). This Manansala Tower 1 bedroom is by far the most comfortable rental unit I have occupied to date.
  Last point, everything was ready when I arrived and the periodic cleaning by the maid service was both invisible to me and first rate.
  
  The Building:
  The building is not old, very clean, and is well maintained. The lobby is nice and while not the Shangri La it is elegant.
  The view from the condo is awesome ... we spent every morning with coffee cups on the couch watching the sun rise over the city. Definitely recommended! I will try to include a photo or two of the view taken either from the condo or from the entertainment area on one of the upper floors.
  
  The Location:
  The condo is in Rockwell Center. The security guards are alert, polite, and helpful once they are assured you are a guest.
  For office commuters and shoppers the location is very, very good. Downtown Makati is minutes away. Mandaluyong, Ortigas, and The Fort are not as close but even in Christmas shopping traffic were not too bad a commute. If you need a taxi, ask one of the Tower's security guards ... they are great about getting you one of the better taxis quickly while you stay dry in the lobby

  This place was a home away from home for us for the two weeks that we stayed there. It was fully equipped with every thing we needed while we were there. The location was great! Close to a mall, grocery store, bank, and a 7-11 convenience store just walking distance. The best thing i liked was the safety and security of the location. I will definitely consider this place as my home base when i come to the Philippines.

  "Upon my arrival at night, I noticed two upside down bell-shaped water fountains lit up beautifully. The lounge is very warm and inviting in decor. My room was great, I enjoyed the view out the windows at night with the city lit up like a Christmas tree. Everyone was courteous and hospitable to me, I felt really welcomed and at home. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help you even if it's just giving you directions or ensuring that you have a nice taxi. The property manager is very accessible if you have any questions or problems, as well as the owner. When it comes to cleanliness, you won't find a cleaner place inside and out. The staff takes great pride in the appearance of the tower. There is even a 7-eleven store located at the corner of the tower that's open 24/7 for your convenience. You will never lose a minute of sleep worrying about your safety as there is no place more secured than Manansala Tower. The Power Plant Mall was fun but overwhelming at first because of its sheer size, with so many places to eat at the mall--it was hard to decide where to eat. My stay at Manansala Tower was worth every penny that spent. I highly recommend that if you're going to be staying in the Manila, then this is the place that you want to be staying at because it is well worth the affordable price. I am looking forward to staying there again and enjoying their hospitality again."
