This is a Fully Furnished 48 sqm Condominium at Don Chino Roces Avenue at the Beacon in Makati City. This apartment in the Roces Tower is on the 33rd floor, and has a balcony with a beautiful view of Manila Bay. Enjoy the spectacular and very romantic view from the roof deck of Makati City skyline, but also Manila Bay and Bataan. Especially at night when the city lights comes to life. There is 24 hour security in and around the building with professional and very friendly staff at the reception in the lobby. The Beacon is situated in front of shopping Walter Mart Mall and next to the Makati Cinema Square. It is within walking distance from major malls: SM Ayala, Greenbelt, Glorïeta and Landmark. This cozy condominium is good for people doing business in and around Makati Central Business District, but also for travelers who are just having a vacation in the metropolitan area of the Philippines. Travelers passing trough Manila on their journey to otter parts of the Philippines, enjoy staying at our accommodation for being near to the airport aswell as enjoying all that Makati City has to offer.
