Simple but elegant, the Studios Hinestrosa 17 are located in the popular neighbourhood of "La Merced", in the heart of Málaga old quarter, just steps from Teatro Cervantes, the Casa Natal de Picasso, and the popular Plaza de la Merced with its restaurants, bars and terraces which will allow you to enjoy all the attractions that our city has to offer both day and night!

It is an ideal location to go walking or cycling through Malaga, with the advantage of proximity to public transportation with most of its stops at the Paseo del Parque.

The building where the studios are located, a total of three studies one of them being attic... shaped, has been completely restored maintaining its original façade and has a wide access ramp together with the modernity of an elevator.

The Studios - 30 to 35 m2 approximatly, have a sleeping area with double bed and a wardrobe that is attached to the living room which features a sofa bed and TV as well as air condition and heating system. The properties are illuminated through beautiful typical Andalusian balconies and they are decorated in warm colors, inviting you to relax after an active day sightseen, visiting museums, shopping or spent at the beach!

The kitchen is small but very practical, integrated into the environment and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals at home! Fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, among others. This area is complemented by the dining table and chairs for four people (3 in the case of the attic). The bathroom is spacious featuring a shower, hair dryer and towels.

Whether you are thinking on a scape, a wonderful holiday or for business you will find here all the comfort you require. The Studios Hinestrosa 17 are a perfect choice for large groups (the building can accommodate up to 12 people).

For beach lovers, the popular "Playa de la Malagueta" is only a 10 minute walk through the tunnel of the Alcazaba and the public transportation lines are all very close in the Paseo del Parque.

  Notre séjour à Malaga a été réussi à Malaga en partie grâce à ce charmant studio très bien placé dans le centre historique de Malaga cet appartement complétement rénové avec ascenseur dans une toute petite rue charmante est près de tout , en 3 minutes vous êtes sur la place Merced , en 10 min vous êtes dans le quartier de la cathedrale , bref ce fût un réel plaisir , par contre si vous êtes motorisé il faut reserver un parking ,mais Isabelle nous a réglé ce problème et nous avions un parking sécurisé à 3 min ! .
