The focal point of the interior is the beautiful living and dining room with parquet flooring, stylish yet comfortable furnishings and direct access to the large terrace. The terrace is what really makes this apartment special – with a large Jacuzzi, sun loungers, chill-out area and dining table, and unbeatable views across the city, guests can enjoy it at any time of day or night. Both bedrooms have been decorated in a discrete modern style, with plenty of wardrobe space and marble en-suite bathrooms. With a great location in one of the best areas of the city and a stunning terrace, this is ideal for those looking to immerse themselves in the heart and soul of Malaga.

Surface area: 105 m2 + 64 m2 of terraces. Fifth floor: Entrance leads into the living / dining room furnished with a 3-seater sofa, one armchair, a large puff, side table with designer lamp, a shelving unit with TV and DVD player and a dining area for up to 4 people. This room accesses to the terrace with an outside second dining table and 6 chairs. From this terrace there is access to the upper floor terrace. The kitchen, to the left of the entrance, is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are 2 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables and en suite marble bath with 2 wash basins; and 1 double (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with en suite marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled. Upper floor terrace (accessed by a stair case): it is furnished with outside furniture: 1 armchair with coffee table, a double sun lounger with side table and a Jacuzzi/Pool (5.00m x 3.00m). Please note there are other private terraces in the same level and are separated by a glass translucent panel.

  This apartment was everything you could wish for,central location smack in the middle of a street full of shops but so quiet in the apartment.The jacuzzi was just brilliant and the decor of the apartment was pure luxury it was just perfect and I would defiantly recommend if you want something a bit special.
  Great for a romantic getaway or couples and friends just wanting a nice place to stay,you,ll love the evenings to sit on the balcony with the low lighting and views of the city whilst enjoying a drink perfect.The service on arrival and during our stay was excellent and would highly recommend.
