The kitchen is brand new and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. The master bedroom is large and comfortable with plenty of storage space and a lovely en-suite marble bathroom. The twin and single bedrooms have been decorated in a similar style and share a second marble bathroom. A great location, stylish interior and stunning rooftop terrace make this a great option for anyone looking for a bit of luxury during their time in this exciting city.

Fifth floor: Entrance leads into the living / dining room furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a wooden coffee table, side table with lamp, a shelving unit with TV and DVD player and a dining area for up to 4 people. This room accesses to the terrace with an outside second dining table and 6 chairs. From this terrace there is access to the upper floor terrace. The kitchen, to the right of the entrance, is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are 3 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables and en suite marble bathroom with walk-in shower; and 1 twin (2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m) and 1 single (0.90m x 2.00m). There is a second marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled. Upper floor terrace (accessed by a stair case): it is furnished with outside furniture: 1 armchair with coffee table, a double sun lounger with side table and a Jacuzzi/Pool (4.50m x 2.00m). Please note there are other private terraces in the same level and are separated by a glass translucent panel. The Jacuzzi is available from April to October.
