STUDIO apartment in Miraflores

Located in the superb urbanisation of Miraflores within 15 minutes drive of Marbella and 20 minutes from Malaga International Airport you will find this lovely south facing apartment.

It is on the 2nd floor (sorry no lift) and is light and spacious. Entrance is into a small hallway with on your left hand side a bathroom with jacuzzi style bath. On your left is a small kitchenette for making light snacks. The lounge/bedroom has been decorated in French "chic" style and has white furniture with blue decorations. The apartment is comforably furnished with double bed, sofas and television receiving S...KY free to air channels.

The lounge leads out onto a covered terrace area with sea views and is a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine.

The facilities the apartment enjoys are excellent - there are 2 large communal swimming pools, tennis courts and bowling court, in addition to it being right next to the Golf course. It is possible to walk to the beach (approximately 20 minutes' walk) and in nearby Riviera del Sol there is a great choice of restaurants/cafés and of course the supermarket.

Additional Location Information

* Easyjet or Ryanair offer cheap flights from most UK airports into Malaga.

* You can take a Taxi at Malaga airport to Mijas, but it can be a little expensive almost the same as renting a car for a week.

* You can take a train from the Airport to Fuengirola, and a taxi or a bus from Fuengirola in to Mijas Pueblo. The bus leaves you right in the centre of the village and only 5 minutes walk from the property.

* Car rental at Malaga airport may be a nice and cheap option. At (website: hidden) you can rent a car from just 160 € a week.

The Mijas Costa / Riviera Del Sol Miraflores area
Popular with both golfers and holiday-makers alike, Riviera del Sol is approximately 30 minute's drive from Malaga International Airport, and just 10 minutes' to the coastal town of Fuengirola with its beach, Port, promenade, shops, bars and restaurants, making it a superb holiday destination.

Within easy distance, too, you will find Mijas Aquapark or Water Park, great for a fun day out.

Or take a drive to the picturesque village of Mijas, which nestles comfortably in the mountainside above.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa Del Sol welcomes more than two million people a year who arrive at Malaga international airport and head to one of the many resorts located along this stretch of coastline.

With the Costa del Sol weather giving average annual temperatures of 18ºC and over 300 days of sunshine per year making this one of Europe's top holiday destinations.

There are around 70 Costa del Sol golf courses on the "Costa del Golf" which are palyable all year round as well as a whole range of other activities available such as sailing, scuba diving, horse riding, dolphin safaris, etc. The list is endless.

Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Cordoba, Granada and Seville, all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.
