The house is located 15 minutes to the north of punta del este. It is 5 minutes to the north of La Barra, and the famous Bikini Beach, !5 minutes south of the well known and special, Jose Ignacio.
The house is one block from the bus line and it is very easy to travel everywhere from the house with out a car.
The neighborhood has many local families and quaint businesses. There are small eating places and bakery with fresh baked goods every morning. Everything is within walking distance and you can find all your basic needs and beyond in the little villiage neighborhood without going anywhere.
