A private keyed path to Zuma Beach leads from this 2800 square foot 4 bedroom 3 bath home. It has a beautiful secluded yard with access to a private beach club and a six person always hot tub make our house a dream for families and couples alike. The interior is renovated and decorated with French antiques and California casual, a chef's kitchen and an open floor plan for entertaining groups. The master suite contains its own private bath with a shower with a glass roof. Two of other three bedrooms have super comfortable king and queen beds, with the third containing 3 bunk beds and a crib for the kids.

The neighborhood is very family oriented and an association which has a private beach club tennis courts and quiet streets where kids can safely ride bikes and play. We have a basketball hoop nearby in the street- very few cars pass our way. . There is plenty of street parking and three spaces in the driveway. A Starbucks, cleaners, hardware store, gift shop, office PO store and a large supermarket are located within a 5 minute walk. Broad beach – home of movie stars is right adjacent to the beach club which comes with the rental. ( My locker has wetsuits for the kids , beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards for your use)
There is surfing, parasailing, horseback riding, golf , hiking , paddle-boarding, kayaking, fishing and wineries. Within 45 minutes to an hour are out-let malls. and of course all of LA attractions, Hollywood, Disneyland and Universal.
The backyard has an in ground hot tub/spa, which is always hot, and a beautiful running Spanish fountain. It is landscaped with exotic plants and outdoor furniture for outside cooking on the barbecue and lit at night. The courtyard also has a running Spanish fountain and outdoor living furniture for entertaining under the stars. Its also a wonderful place to just relax and stay put as its very private.
