Malibu Crystal Gardens is a short walk or bike ride to Zuma Beach on the Pacific Ocean. It is located on a lush garden like street with a state park and equestrian stables at the other end of the road. The estate is very private and gated and has a 75 ft pool on the property. Many crystals are scattered throughout the landscape of Malibu Crystal Gardens. Fruit trees abound on the property including lemon, lime, orange, fig, persimmon and avocado. There is ample parking within the gates for 7-10 cars. A convenience market, Spruzzo's Restaurant overlooking the ocean, a gym and boutique shops are located about 3 blocks away and can easily be accessed by bike or walking. Starbucks, the Sunset, Kristie's, Zooma Sushi and the Malibu Cantina restaurants are less than 5 minutes by car. The Malibu Theatre is 5 minutes by car. Malibu's Cross Creek boutiques, restaurants and Cinema are about 15 minutes by car. Bus schedules to Santa Monica and Los Angeles are available upon request. The bus stop is within walking distance.
