Sunset Delight is located in the exclusive neighborhood of Malmok, the north part of the Island. Only minutes walk away from Boca Catalina Beach, Malmok Beach and Arashi Beach, Palm Beach and the High Rise Hotel area, where you can find every type of restaurant and bars.

Sunset Delight Guest House is the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway.

The Guest House has recently been renovated and is fully equipped with everything you need. The villa is air conditioned, has cable TV and Wi Fi.

Downstairs there is a kitchen and sitting area. Upstairs the bedroom has a semi ocean view, a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

... This apartment does not have gas heated water and relies on the sun to heat the water pipes making the water luke warm.

  If you are the type of individual that prefers having all the amenities included as part of a package and doesn't mind lots of tourists, then you should stop reading this and go for one of resorts on the High Rise or Low Rise areas.
  
  The Sunset Delight Cottage is an inviting, comfortable and relatively quiet bungalow located 5 minutes (drive) from one of the prettiest beaches in the island, Arashi. My girlfriend and I were warmly welcomed by the property manager, Omaira, and her son, Roger. They walked us thru and offered us to use the laundry room next door, if we needed it. We utilized their beach towels and chairs to all the beaches we went to. The place has the necessary cooking supplies, including a microwave, waffle maker, blender, toaster, etc. I would highly advise getting food, as well as detergent and dish washing soap at the 'SuperFood' supermarket located 7 minutes (drive) from the cottage.
  
  The bedroom located upstairs has a King size bed, as well as a dresser and small closet. The bathroom includes a shower with hot water, which was great. Getting to the place is pretty straight forward, located on the street inward between Malmok and arashi beach. The Cottage is perfect for a couple.
  
  If you're looking for a great place to have breakfast, do yourself a favor and go to 'The Taste of Belgium.' Try the traditional Belgian waffles with strawberries, by far the best I've ever had. The restaurant is located right on the Palm Beach Plaza, off of the main boulevard.
  
  In the end, we would highly advise staying at the Sunset Delight Cottage and we hope your stay is as good as ours.

  Wonderful, safe, and comfortable place for our self catering acc

  The accommodation met all our self-catering expectation, everything just as described. There were plenty of supplies and utensils and appliances that worked just fine. The a/C, refrigerator, stove, TV microwave etc. were all in perfect working order. A pleasure to have a fully functional apartment. Some of our other island self-catering apartment stays have very often been missing critical components making it sometimes challenging to perform the simplest of task. The environment and location was perfect and everyone was friendly. The correspondence before during and after our stay was quick and complete. It was a very good value and every effort was made to make sure our stay was complete and satisfactory, including helping us with ideas for activities, places to explore and eat as well as helping us satisfy our additional night's stay needed for our vacation schedule. There are absolutely no complaints as we were very happy with the apartment. Only a minor note to make for others. There is no hot water, but as explained, expected and known up front, it really isn't essential as the tap water temperature is not bad and I understand that the expense of providing it would probably increase the rental price unnecessarily. The fact of not having hot water heaters seems to be a very common theme at almost all the rentals and even our additional night's stay at a different location was also without plumbed heated water. I would not consider this a problem at all and would gladly stay there again without any hesitation, and after seeing other apartments in a similar rental price range, would select this one first, by far! The location was perfect for us. Close enough to get to town in a short time. Just minutes from the high rise hotel area, and on a road that provided a back way into town which came in handy for Carnival. We had a wonderful time and I would like to thank Tatjana and Omaira both for making our stay complete and we hope to see you all again next year.
