This first floor apartment is located in the grounds of the owner's home in East Knapton near to Malton in North Yorkshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Hartswood West is a first floor self-contained apartment in the grounds of the owner's home in the small village of East Knapton, just six miles from Malton in North Yorkshire. The apartment sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, a twin room, a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room. Outside is a private patio, communal lawns and shared use of a large heated indoor swimming pool with a Jacuzzi. Perfect for a family holiday or a romantic retreat, Hartswood West is a lovely holiday apartment in a beautiful part of the country.
Amenities: Eco central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own pool towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Private patio to front with furniture and communal lawns. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: The property is accessed by external stairs. Note: Swimming pool available from 10.30am - 8pm, except on Saturdays
when it opens 4pm - 8pm. It is shared with three other properties. Note: 4pm arrival time.
Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
Town: The town of Malton has many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms. A weekly market is still held in the town, as well as livestock and farmers' markets. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, making it excellent country for walkers and cyclists.
