The apartment can sleep seven people in three bedrooms - one king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, one double and one single. There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room. Guests have use of a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living accommodation comprises a fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and door to the rear co...urtyard, and a sitting room with sofa bed, dining area and door to the front patio. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture, along with a front patio with furniture and wonderful countryside views. Off road parking is available for 3 cars. With the amenities of charming Malvern within easy reach, and wonderful scenic walking to be enjoyed in the Malvern Hills, 5 Belle Vue Heights makes a great base for a relaxing break in Worcestershire.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
