Made arrangements to stay at Snowcreek resorts.I flew into Mammoth airport. They arrange to have a taxi waiting for me and a envelope with my key to the unit we stayed at. The #16 Cornice unit was a very nice condo... clean and very comfortable. Hope to be back soon.

Unit is upstairs, so pack efficiently. Takes several trips to get all my stuff into the unit.
I did not use the loft, so I cannot comment about the efficiency or comfort of that area.
Kitchen is good, but the coffeepot only went to lukewarm, so did not make good coffee (reported to the office). Also, dishwasher brand of soap used did not dissolve, so the dishes had to be hand washed.
The bathroom had some of the black mildew starting in the shower (reported to the office). Otherwise, unit was pretty clean.
If you are freaked out by mirrors, choose another unit. The bedroom sliding closet doors are mirrors, and yes, they freaked me out. Also, the common wall in the living room is one huge mirror. It was very disconcerting to exit the kitchen and see everything both from the front and from the back.
Wifi available and free, with good speed and coverage.
Checking in was a little bit of a hassle, since the office is a bit hard to find. Also, you have to check in by 5 or the office is closed. -

This was our first stay here and we have no complaints. The place was very cozy and had everything we needed. My children had so much fun, being there first time in the snow-it was a wonderful experience for them.

We loved the facility and loved the fireplace and having use of a full kitchen. Some of the appliances in the kitchen were very old. Also the bed was soft and saggy and left us hurrying to get out of bed in the morning before it was even time to be there for first chairs. The couches and table were nice but the bar b que didn't work and we were forced to broil our steaks we had planned. Also the snow blowers came by a little early and very often for what little snow fell during our stay. They were very loud and made it next to impossible to sleep in. The hot tub was very nice and not too far of a walk.
