We decided someone got into the unit after it was checked out and made a mess - then it was so old no one came in to really clean out the mess! Dried feces on rug and toilet seat and no remedy from front desk.
So we just did not avail ourselves of that bathroom and literally avoided it.
Service was OK once you figure out how the call in system works. Unit is very nice and comfortable - a pleasure to be in and very good location. We enjoy being at Snowcreek and except for our problem this unit was very nice. -

2nd time staying at this unit and enjoyed ourselves as much as the year prior. We're a group of 10 family members and have always stayed at the Snowcreek Resort (different units). We love this units close proximity to the athletic club and shuttle pick up area. The units layout provides plenty of room for a large group, not to mention the plus side of having 3 bathrooms when trying to get ready in the a.m. and having a garage to park in is a major plus, especially not having to dig our cars out of the snow after a storm. The unit includes a washer and dryer which comes in handy. The resorts office staff are always friendly and pleasant. We're already planning our annual trip and look forward to staying in the unit next year.
